Here’s a story from when I was in, what, 2nd grade or so? Maybe 3rd.

When I was little I really liked Darigan pets on Neopets (still do, actually), and I also really liked Arttimo’s work. I was shit at remembering online names so in order to find her dA gallery, I’d usually just type in “darigan aisha art” or something on Google, and it’d be one of the more recent results.

Anyway, once I went beyond the first page and found an Oekaki dedicated to cool Neopets art. I browsed it exactly once because my computer wouldn’t let me see the big versions of pictures for some reason, and it was therefore boring. One comment sticks out in my mind and this is what it said:

Darigan aishas would definitely be the sex masters of Neopia… I bet they’re all into BDSM, and since they’re felines, they’d have those spiny penises for an extra fun time for the M…

Or something like that.

And that’s how I learned that cats have spiny penises.

New Neopets strategy:

  1. Save up 100k
  2. Spin Wheel of Extravagance 
  3. Rinse and repeat until I get a paint brush or something valuable from it
  4. Sell it for millions
  5. I will have all the neopoints I ever need at that point

I can earn 100k fairly quickly but for some reason after that, it’s really hard to get points.

Is there a way to (preferably quickly) lower your Neopet’s level to below level 2? I’d like to transfer a couple of pets to my side, but my side is only 1 month old and these pets are all, like, level 11. :| The levels are the only thing preventing me from transferring them.

HOLY FUCK I remember when I was a youngling, just starting out on creating characters, I ripped off a LOT of people. See the stripy Kougra with big ol’ claws? I had an “original character” who was nearly identical to him. I didn’t remember/figure out why this guy was sad, so I gave my version of him the aspect of being immortal but in constant pain. Thankfully the character didn’t go anywhere so I couldn’t be posted on some “list of shame” bullshit thing. Also obviously that picture doesn’t belong to me.
